This is a woman who had a pulled down left lower lid
(retracted lid) after previous surgery. This was
corrected by lifting the cheek to add skin to the lower
lid, taking a graft from the roof of the mouth (palate
graft) and grafting it to the inside of the lid to
support it, and reforming the outer corner of the eye.

To correct her problem she underwent an eyebrow equalizing procedure, a midface lift (to add skin to the lower lids so that they would elevate), and eyelid surgery. original eye shape back without any incisions. She
underwent revisional eyelid surgery consisting of
internal release of the corners of hers eyes (canthus)
and re-suspension of the lids with midface (cheek) lift
for support. Note postoperative improvement without any
