This is a woman who had a pulled down left lower lid (retracted lid) after previous surgery. This was corrected by lifting the cheek to add skin to the lower lid, taking a graft from the roof of the mouth (palate graft) and grafting it to the inside of the lid to support it, and reforming the outer corner of the eye. Note the improvement after surgery.

This woman previously had cosmetic eyelid surgery with resultant pulled brows and lower lids. She had revisional surgery consisting of browlift, midface lift, and repositioning her lower lids. The after photos are 6 months after surgery. She is very pleased with the result.

The woman previously had eyelid surgery which resulted in typical post-blepharoplasty distorted eyes. To correct her problem she underwent an eyebrow equalizing procedure, a midface lift (to add skin to the lower lids so that they would elevate), and eyelid surgery. Note the significant improvement at one month after surgery. The shape of the eyes will continue to normalize as time goes on.

This young woman had previous lower blepharoplasty with subsequent pull down of the lower lids (lid retraction). She wanted her original eye shape back without any incisions. She underwent revisional eyelid surgery consisting of internal release of the corners of hers eyes (canthus) and re-suspension of the lids with midface (cheek) lift for support. Note postoperative improvement without any scars.
