The primary goal of the initial consultation is to discuss the procedures in question and to evaluate and access if the patient is a good candidate for the procedure.
You will be introduced to our patient care consultant, Anna Machkalov. Anna will personally take you through the consultation process, answering your questions regarding your eyebrows, droopy / puffy eyelids, or any other questions having to do with Dr. Massry's area of expertise. She will discuss your goals and make honest recommendations.
You will meet Dr. Massry in a private, comfortable consultation room. Dr. Massry will take the time to discuss your specific desires and give you his advice on how to achieve the best results.
AFTERWARD
After meeting with the doctor, our patient care consultant, Anna, will discuss cost with you. She will ensure that all your questions and concerns are answered. You will receive a fee quote. She will also provide information regarding available financing plans, after-care facilities and coordinate phone conversations with patients, when necessary, that have undergone procedures similar to those in which you are interested.
Our goal is that you leave our office well-informed and excited about the future and its many possibilities. We are available for any follow up questions by phone or even for a 2nd consult to assist you in making your decision.
