FROM THE 405 FREEWAY / BEACH CITIES
Take the 405 to Santa Monica Blvd, East. After exiting the freeway, you will
eventually see the road split between Santa Monica Blvd and
Santa Monica South (also referred to as Little Santa Monica). TAKE
THE RIGHT HAND OPTION - SANTA MONICA SOUTH - or LITTLE SANTA
MONICA. Stay on Little Santa Monica into Beverly Hills. Turn right at Wilshire Blvd
(a traffic signal). Then make your first right onto Spalding Drive. 120 So. Spalding is the
black glass building on the left-hand side.
FROM THE 10 FREEWAY
Exit the 10 Freeway at La Cienega, North. Take La Cienega to Wilshire Blvd and turn left (heading west). Pass through San Vicente Blvd and all the Beverly Hills streets (Rodeo, Beverly, Camden, etc.) Before you get to Little Santa Monica, turn left on Spalding Drive. 120 So. Spalding is the
black glass building on the left-hand side.
101 FREEWAY AND/OR SHERMAN OAKS -STUDIO CITY
Come over the hill – either via the 101 to the 405, then follow the 405 Freeway directions above, OR via streets – Beverly Glen, Benedict Canyon, etc. Once over the hill, get to Santa Monica Blvd and Wilshire (see 10 FWY or BEACH CITIES directions above), and follow those street directions.
