This is a woman who had a pulled down left lower lid (retracted lid) after previous surgery. This was corrected by lifting the cheek to add skin to the lower lid, taking a graft from the roof of the mouth (palate graft) and grafting it to the inside of the lid to support it, and reforming the outer corner of the eye. Note the improvement after surgery.

Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Repositioning
 

This is a woman in her late thirties who complained of a tired look from her puffy lower eyelids.  She was also concerned with the deep line (indentation) below the “bags” of her lower eyelids (photos on the left).  On the right are the photos of her postoperative results (after lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning).  She was very pleased with her more refreshed and less tired look after surgery.
 

Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty
 

This is an example of an older woman (in her late sixties) who also underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty.  Note post-operative improvement in appearance, while preserving the shape and natural look of the eyes.
 

Another example of upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with repositioning of lower eyelid fat (woman in her fifties).  Fat repositioning preserves the lower eyelid fat to prevent a hollow post-operative appearance and fill in the groove (deep line) that is present under the lower eyelid bags.  Note the removal of the lower lid bags and deep line under the bags after surgery.
